Concrete arch dam

The analysis evaluated proposed extensions to the crest of the concrete arch dam, for a one in 1000 year flood. The height of the dam was increased by 10m, and post-tensioning applied to offset the additional overturning moment. The surrounding topography was modelled to accurately account for the interaction between the dam and the soil.
