Description

Online

If the HTTP option under Preferences: Help File is set, opens a web browser showing the home page of the online help documentation. You must be connected to the internet for the help topics to load. Press Ctrl + F5 to disregard web browser cache and force the web browser to load the most up-to-date contents.

Offline

If the CHM option under Preferences: Help File is set, opens the compiled HTML help file with the default CHM reader. The CHM file can be accessed offline; i.e., not connected to the Internet.
