Brick Attributes: Pre-load
Description
Assigns pre-load as either pre-stress or pre-strain to selected brick elements.
Pre-load is applied in the direction of the local x, y and z axes of the brick. If the brick does not have local axes assigned, the directions revert to the global XYZ axes.
A positive value of pre-load causes an unrestrained element to contract.
A negative value of pre-load causes the element to stretch.
Pre-load attributes are load case dependent.
