Diameter
Diameter of the solid, circular cross section of the cable.
Units are Length (e.g., m, in).
Scale Cable Mass
The length of a cable can be changed from its initial value during nonlinear analysis. Attributes such as pre-strain enable this feature of the cable.
If Scale Cable Mass is set, the mass is calculated based on its current length. This means that the weight of the cable will change as its length changes.
If Scale Cable Mass is not set, the mass of the cable is calculated based on its initial length and it does not change even if its length is changed during nonlinear analysis.
