Global: Reorder Coordinate Systems

Description

Reorder and rename user coordinate systems.

Move Up / Move Down

Moves the currently selected UCS up or down in the ordering.

UCS Table

Ordered list of all UCS in the model.

Each UCS may be renamed using the New Name column. Duplicate names are not allowed.
