Beam Attributes: Response Variable
Description
Assigns response variables to selected ends of beam elements.
Beam response variables are used to determine the influence that a node force or moment applied anywhere in the mesh has on the selected quantity on the beam. These quantities can be force and moment components in the beam's principal axis system.
Response variable attributes are load case dependent and are used only by the Load Influence solver.

Components

Label
Assigns a label to the response variable.
This label will appear in the result case name when inspecting the results. It is also used when generating new load cases using the load influence combination function.
