File Formats: Equation File

Description

Stores a user-defined result equation definition.

The equation file does not have a formal structure. It contains only a single line of the plain text defining the equation itself. The equation file usually has the extension .EQ7, however, the .TXT extension can also be used.

Example of the contents of an equation file:

[SVM]/((16/(IFPOS([TM]-16)+16))^(1/4))
