Strand7 Menu: Print Preview

Description

Strand7 offers a set of printing tools that help you document models and create professional reports:

Document your models visually by printing them from the graphical display. You can print multiple views of a model on a single sheet. See Print Preview: Printing Graphics.
Generate complete reports of all spreadsheet data: nodes, elements, attributes, properties, groups and results. Reporting tools offer a range of filtering and sorting options. See Print Preview: Printing Grids.
Printing and reporting tools are also available from Utility: Make BXS, LAYOUTS: Tables, LAYOUTS: Plate Concrete Reinforcement (RC), LAYOUTS: Laminates and Results Graphs: 2D Graph Tab.

Printed pages can be customised to specify logos, fonts, page margins and a range of other formatting options. These are designed to give you a consistent look across all your Strand7 reports.

Print previews are approximations to an actual printout. Generally, the greater the zoom factor in the preview, the more closely the preview matches the final printed page.

Finally, when printing there is an option to choose the printing device, including printing directly to the printer, printing to a print file or printing to an image file.
