Beam Attributes: Principal Axis Angle
Description
Changes the principal 1-2 axes directions of selected beam elements.
A positive angle rotates the beam's principal 1 and 2 axes in the right-hand sense about the principal 3 axis. A negative angle rotates in the opposite direction.
Principal axis angle attributes are independent of load and freedom cases.

Value
The principal axis angle, angle increment or scaling factor.
The point of reference of this angle is distinctly different when executing Add and Apply:

Add
Adjusts the direction of the axes with reference to the beam's current orientation.

Apply
Sets the direction of the axes with reference to the beam's default orientation.
A value of 0.0 resets the default, and is the same as executing the Delete function.
