SOLVERS: Nonlinear Transient Dynamic Settings
Description
The Nonlinear Transient Dynamic solver calculates the time history of the dynamic response of a structure subjected to any arbitrary time-dependent loading, including base excitation and initial conditions. The solver produces results in the time domain and considers dynamic and viscous effects. The solver can also consider geometric, material and contact nonlinearity.
